Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@gospelswag.net with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return your item by mail
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size or product, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
